Analysis of ethefon residue
Laboratorium Zeeuws-Vlaanderen can determine the residue of plant growth regulator ethefon. Ethefon is not part of the combi but has to be determined with a separate analysis (single residue analysis). The pesticide is used to accelerate the ripening of the fruits, it is used for amongst others tomatoes and pineapples. It can be also used for grains and the cotton industry.
