Phosphate in the soil determines your user norm.
Since the first of January 2010 the stock of phosphate in the soil determines the user norm of your company in the Netherlands. Is the soil stock low, than you could ask for a higher users norm for phosphate. To do this you need a soil analysis as proof. Not analyzing your soil? Than your parcel is automatically put in the highest phosphate class en the lowest phosphate user norm is applied.
Phosphate samples according to the right protocol
For your phosphate space it’s very important to take the phosphate samples according to the right protocol. It’s only possible to claim a higher user norm when the sample is taken by an independent sample taker. Sampling has to be done by an accredited laboratory.
